How to use ADSS cable hardware

Due to the limitation of conditions, we can only briefly introduce the use of ADSS cable hardware:


1). Hanging hardware: this kind of hardware is mainly used to hang conductor or optical cable on insulator or tower (mainly used for straight tower)


2). Tension Hardware: it is used to fix the conductor terminal on the tension insulator string, and it can also be used for ground wire, optical cable, stay wire (mostly used at the corner) or terminal tower,


3). Connecting hardware: also known as suspension wire. It is mainly used for the connection of insulator string, hardware and hardware. It bears the mechanical load.


4). Connection hardware: this kind of hardware is specially used for the connection of various bare wires and ground wires. The connecting hardware bears the same electrical load and mechanical strength as the conductor.


5). Protection hardware: used to protect conductor, insulator, etc., such as grading ring, shockproof hammer, protection pole, etc. Contact Hardware: this kind of hardware is used for the connection between the hard and soft bus and the outgoing terminal of electrical equipment, T-connection of conductor, parallel connection without supporting force, etc. Fixed hardware: used to fix the wire terminal, make the ADSS cable hardware fixed on the strain insulator string, or fixed on the ground wire, optical cable, stay wire (mostly used on the corner or terminal tower)
